Bob and Judy Irwin are the owners of Camp Chilli, a property located near Kingaroy. The property is a dedicated wildlife sanctuary used for wildlife rehabilitation. It is Bob and Judy’s intent for the property to continue to be used for wildlife conservation.

Camp Chilli covers 259 hectares primarily consisting of eucalypt woodlands and open native grasslands. The property is kept solely for wildlife and is bordered on three sides by State Forest and National Park.

Camp Chilli is a safe haven for an abundance of native wildlife including a variety of macropods, koalas (Phascolarctos cinereus), brushtail possums (Trichosurus vulpecula) greater (Petauroides volans), sugar (Petaurus breviceps) and yellow-bellied (P. australis) gliders and numerous species of reptiles and frogs. The sanctuary also provides vital habitat for more than one hundred recorded bird species including powerful owls (Ninox strenua).
