Jemma Shelton is the owner of a property situated in Koah, approximately 20km west of Cairns, Queensland. The property is a residence and wildlife sanctuary, with six hectares also utilized for permaculture and horse care. Jemma intends to maintain the property for these purposes, with plans to rehabilitate wildlife and revegetate some areas of the bushland.

The property encompasses 26 hectares primarily comprised of native bushland. Approximately 20 hectares is deemed suitable for wildlife habitat and classified as remnant vegetation.

Wildlife known to inhabit the property includes agile wallabies (Macropus agilis), brushtail possums (Trichosurus vulpecula), reptiles, amphibians and a range of native insects.
